Pryor Baseball Farm – Terms of Service

2. Eligibility
Our programs are open to participants who meet the age, skill level, and any other requirements stated in the relevant program description. Parents or legal guardians must register minors under 18 years old.
3. Payment & Refund Policy

- All payments are final unless otherwise specified in the program’s registration terms.
- Weather-related cancellations: We do not control the weather, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduled events due to weather conditions.
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits unless otherwise approved in writing by Pryor Baseball Farm management.
4. Code of Conduct
By participating in our programs or using our facilities, you agree to:
- Treat staff, coaches, officials, and other participants with respect.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from coaches and staff.
- Avoid disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
We reserve the right to remove participants from programs without refund for violating these rules.
5. SMS/MMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from Pryor Baseball Farm related to:
- Training reminders
- Schedule updates
- Weather-related changes
- Registration confirmations
- Promotional updates for camps, clinics, leagues, and events
Opt-In: You may opt in through online registration forms, in-person signups, or by checking the SMS consent box during registration.
Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pryor Baseball Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services or Messaging Services.
