Leaving or Pausing a Program
We're sorry to see you go, or hope to see you back soon. Please read how freezes and exits work before submitting a request.
Not Sure Whether to Freeze or Exit?
PAUSE / FREEZE
Best for: short breaks (about 1–2 months)
- Your account is paused for $25 per month, per player.
- Regular tuition stops while you're paused.
- When you return, you do NOT pay the assessment fee again.
EXIT / CANCEL
Best for: leaving the program
- Your account is fully closed.
- If you come back later, the assessment fee applies again.
- Private lessons restart at the current private lesson rate.
Planning to come back? Freezing usually saves you money.
Exit Policy (30-Day Notice)
- All programs require a 30-day notice to exit. Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month.
- Submit by the 4th of the month: that month is your last month. Your final billing is the 1st of that month.
- Submit on the 5th or later: your final billing is the 1st of the following month, and your last day is the end of that following month.
- Example: Submit on October 3 → last month is October. Submit on October 10 → final billing November 1, last day November 30.
- Every program exit must be submitted through the Exit Request form. Exits are not processed by text, phone, or in person.
- Thinking of coming back? Exiting means the assessment fee applies again when you return, and private lessons restart at the current rate. Consider a freeze instead.
