Founder & Executive Director

Ryan founded Pryor Baseball Farm to teach the game the right way. An Army veteran who played college baseball, he has coached at the high school and international levels. Off the field, he enjoys the outdoors and time with his family and dogs.

Liz Pryor

Enrollment & Tuition Director

Liz helps families with enrollment and tuition, making sure every player's journey at the Farm starts smoothly.

Britton Janning

Director of Marketing & Technology

Britton Janning brings a lifelong love of baseball and a passion for marketing and technology to his role as Director of Technology at Pryor Baseball Farm. His connection to the Farm is personal: Coach Pryor was one of his high school coaches, giving Britton firsthand experience with the thoughtful instruction and dedication to player development that make the Farm special.

Kim Cortez

Executive Assistant & Administrative Coordinator

Kim plays a key role in keeping Pryor Baseball Farm running smoothly by managing the day-to-day operations that support its coaches, athletes, and families. She keeps everything behind the scenes organized and on track, so families have a smooth experience from their very first visit.

Jerzey Cortez

Marketing & Social Media Manager

Jerzey oversees the social media presence and digital marketing efforts for Pryor Baseball Farm and Florida Futbol Academy. She manages content creation, video production and editing, social media strategies, and digital advertising campaigns to promote the organizations' programs, coaches, and athletes.

Tyler Gauci

Director of Baseball Development

Tyler Gauci brings a strong playing background and a passion for player development to his role as Director of Baseball Development at Pryor Baseball Farm. A four-year varsity player at Hudson High School, he earned First Team All-County honors and two First Team All-Conference selections, then played two seasons at Palm Beach State College before transferring to Saint Leo University, an NCAA Division II program.

Erik Espinoza-Cortez

Director of Soccer Development

Erik leads soccer development for our programs, building skills, confidence and a love for the game in every player.

Coach Victor Rosario

Coach Victor had the privilege of playing for the Braves and has spent the past 25 years coaching Little League baseball. He is a CPR instructor and loves focusing on the mental side of the game.

Coach Javier Albarran

Coach

Coach Javi was born and raised in Florida and is studying at USF. He focuses on teaching baseball the right way and pushing players to be the best version of themselves on and off the field. Away from the diamond, he loves to golf and fish.

Coach Darwin Marrero

Coach Darwin attends Saint Leo University and is passionate about learning how to be a great coach. He also played basketball, loves dogs, and enjoys fishing and trying new things.

Coach Trey VanWinkle

Coach

Coach Trey is from Illinois, played at the University of Tampa and has coached high school baseball. A true sports fanatic, he is passionate about passing his love of the game on to the next generation.

Coach Julian Pichardo

Coach

A Tampa native and Tampa Catholic graduate, Coach Julian played four years of college baseball at Coastal Alabama Community College and the University of Fort Lauderdale, then two seasons of independent pro baseball in Ohio and Michigan, winning a 2024 USPBL championship with the Birmingham Bloomfield Beavers. He loves connecting with players and sharing the game. Off the field, he enjoys golf, fishing and his sports card collection.

Coach Brandon Kelleher

Coach Brandon has been coaching baseball for over a decade and loves teaching first base and the outfield, especially left-handed throwers and hitters. He also serves as a reservist in the U.S. Army.
