Coach Pryor is a professional youth baseball coach dedicated to helping individuals create positive change and achieve their goals. With over 35 years of experience in the field, Coach Pryor has honed his skills in Pitching, Hitting, Fielding as well as the Mental Aspects of the game.

With his extensive background in competitive baseball, Coach Pryor originally founded RockStar Baseball & Softball Ranch in Wesley Chapel, turning it into a top-tier indoor/outdoor training facility. His experience includes years of hands-on coaching and a deep understanding of player development at all levels. From his origins with RSB, he now brings this wealth of knowledge to Pryor Baseball Farm, providing baseball players / athletes with innovative, data-driven programs tailored to their needs.

Coach Pryor believes in blending traditional training methods with modern data analysis. At his previous facility, he focused on "old-school" training, utilizing medicine balls, tires, and hammers to develop strength and conditioning. This philosophy continues at Pryor Baseball Farm, where players experience a balanced approach—building technical skills while learning life lessons like responsibility and discipline.

Pryor, who compiled a 123-34 record in five years as an assistant high school coach, said the ultimate goal of the FARM is to “bridge the gap” between a player’s potential and their current performance.
Coach Ryan Pryor was also a former collegiate baseball player at Fresno State University in California
Coach Ryan Pryor comes by his innovative ways honestly, as his father has a Strong History of Leadership and Innovation.
Mr. Jack Pryor (Coach Pryor's Father) is one of the pioneers in sports science (Sensory Integration and Cognition) and has been working in this area for over 40 years. He has utilized the sports world of elite athletes and teams as his laboratory analyzing, testing, and determining the guidelines of high performing athletes and teams. He has successfully coached at all levels from Little League to the Major Leagues. He has coached at UNLV, College of William and Mary, Salve Regina College and with several Professional Organizations.
